XXI century is a time of changes and innovations, where young people, following the ‘60s movement, don’t set down roots and explore the world. The working model which has changed since previous decades, help to get a job regardless of place of living.

Among young people who follow nomadic way of living we can distinguish 3 groups, taking into account their priorities, life pattern and duration of stay in one place. Travel, the first group, is represented by travel bloggers, artist and photographers. They explore the world, moving from one place to another, they find part-time jobs or volunteer. Lenght of stay in one place is usually short-term. The second grup, Work, consist of IT specialist, designer and entrepreneurs. They require good comunication infrastructure, as the work is an important part of their lifes. The last group, Live, consists all these people who are not emotionally attached to one place. They follow a job opportunity or they just want to change current life or try to live in a different country. Very often duration of stay is a big unknown.

The idea is to connect these 3 groups in one, 6-storey residential building. Considering their distinct way of living which causes various needs, the concept is based on co-living model which puts emphasis on maximum integration on different levels. 3-living combine three groups and gives future inhabitans a free choice of duration of a stay. Private space was reduced to a minimum towards common areas to initiate mutual relations. Shared areas penetrate each other and encourage integration, inside of the groups and between them.
