The idea of the project was to include the 'urban structure’ in one building and break with the classic, rigid layout of the apartments, in favor of easy arrangement. Individual storeys are treated as platforms on which the apartments are loosely arranged. Apartments themselves aren’t that important, but the spaces between them, which consciously influence the mutual interactions between people. An additional point of the project is the introduction of a ramp that goes through the entire building. Thanks to it, the whole site is like a street that turns and climbs upwards.
